Learning Curves
At Learning Curve, we only offer training courses that are specific to the needs of each business and the individuals in their teams.
We strive to make these courses relevant to you and although each can be delivered as a standalone module, we can also combine them and tailor elements of each, to create a unique 'learning curve' for you.
Sales and sales management skills
Not every client requires or wants custom courses, but for those who do we take care to understand your precise objectives and translate these into course contents. This usually involves us spending some time in your workplace, meeting your team and relevant managers and speaking with each individual to gain an insight into their training needs and observe their performance.
We also gather relevant case study material to use in the workshops. To enable each participant to fully contribute and receive input from the trainer we prefer to work with small groups of people. If the training courses require multiple days, we recommend that the workshops are delivered one day per week. This allows participants to practice their new skills in the workplace and consolidate their learning.
