Terms and Conditions
Fees
The course fee includes tuition and certificates and excludes V.A.T. at the current rate.
Payments
Course fees are payable within 14 days after the course date. Payments are accepted by cheque, payable to Learning Curve, or bank transfer.
Cancellations
Cancellations should be made in writing to Learning Curve. Cancellation terms as follows:
- Training fees will not be payable for cancellations received twenty working days and over prior to course commencement
- 50% of the course fees will be payable for cancellations received ten to nineteen working days prior to course commencement
- 100% of the course fees will be payable for cancellations received less than ten working days prior to course commencement
Non-attendance
Fees will not be refunded for non-attendance at a Learning Curve workshop.
Transfers
Transfers of delegates from one course to another is acceptable provided that the course numbers do not exceed the agreed maximum.
Substitutions
Substitutions of delegates on a course are permissible at any time until the course start date, without charge.
