ASSESSMENT:

When you have circled a number for each factor on the worksheet, add the numbers and divide by 10. If you have a number between 1.0 and 1.4 then you have a highly negative attitude towards planning and probably all your past attempts have proved unsuccessful.

If you have a number between 1.5 and 2.4 then you are negative about planning and you have had difficulty with coping with any past planning problems. If you have a number between 2.5 and 3.5 than you are neither negative nor positive in attitude and are still seeking the benefits of planning.

If you have a number between 3.6 and 4.5 then you are positive in attitude and receive benefits its from planning. You are probably still dealing with a few problem areas. If you are between 4.6 and 5.0 then you are highly positive and achieving the full benefits of planning in your job.
